1. It has been snowing on and off for days. I was in Chase to deposit some money the other day. The girl who helped me asked me if I like snow. I said, “Errrr, not really. I like prefer rain.” She said she likes snow when she’s inside, but hates it when she is outside driving.” I was like, “Yeah, it is fun to watch people driving outside when you are inside, right?”
2.1 Femi is a visiting student from South Africa. We have been good friends. He came back to his home town in Nigeria for Christmas. We were chatting on Facebook and he told me it was so hot in Nigeria for Xmas. So I asked him, “Huh, since there is no snow in Nigeria, I guess Santa has to drive a car to deliver gift in your hometown.”
2.2 He LOL-ed and asked me what’s the situation in China. I told him, “Well, Santa will not go to China any more. The last time he was there, his deer were stolen…”
3. On the afternoon of the Xmas Eve, I thought I was the only one in the house but heard some sound from one bathroom. So I walked there to take a look. All of a sudden, Devine appeared in front of me behind one corner of hall way and scared the shit out of me. She apologized like, “I am sorry, I didn’t mean it. I knew it’s gonna scare you, but I didn’t mean it…”
