1 Two weeks before the internship ended, part of the interns went on Adirondack Extreme Adventure Course, a wild activity, which was super super challenging and fun. Before everything got started, I made a comment to Katie that, “All right. Let’s become extremists…”
2 At the beginning of the Adventure Course, I was going after Christine and Jee was after me. I personally think I did the course in a decent speed, but Jee was always pushing me to go quicker from behind. So Jee asked me at a temp station that if I would like to go in front of Christine. I was like, “No, I am good. I don’t wanna get pushed by girls…”
3 At GE, Carlos dyed his hair into black and looked much younger than before. During lunch he ordered some unhealthy food. Bob and Maxine kidded him like, “Wow, you kids can eat whatever you like.” But I had to remind Carlos, “Remember man, you are only looking young…”
4 To get enrolled in the gym of GE Global Research, I need to take the health screen. I asked Carlos what the health screen was about and Carlos told me the nurses will poked me a number of times to make sure everything is good (They are actually measuring people’s Blood Pressure and things like that). So when I got into the nurses’ room and told the nurses I came here to get poked. At first the nurses were not sure what I meant but burst into laugh once they figured it out.
I told them I love Ohio State University and was a big fan of their sports team. One nurse was like, “Oh, actually we watched OSU a lot on TV. We like them.” I was like, “Yeah… Especially last year I guess. We sucked…”

I spent a week in San Diego and LA for a conference. I saw many old friends from college and had super fun, part of which was the sunset below.
